Some plants are can only be picked once a year, marc is only distilled in one season. Therefore some spirits are limited in stock. When it’s gone, it’s gone til next year.

  • Le Marc Marc of Grenache grapes

    A typical distilled marc. You will feel a strong presence of the Grenache grapes’ frutiy character. Amateurs os Gewurztraminer will apreciate Le Marc (de Grenache).

  • Lavodka Distillation of Lavender on wine spirit

    We associate Vodka with the black frost of Russian winters. Vodka is clarity and mystery, energy and rapture all in one. With Lavodka, we take the spice of Languedoc to the nights of the north.
    Lavodka will infatuate you with its gently tangy nose of lemon thyme, rosemary and bare soil – the scent of the garrigue after a shower of rain, when the sun comes back out.
    This aromatic freshness is affirmed in the Middle Palate, a rapid follow up of licorice, blossom honey and pipe tobacco. It will leave you with a finish of chocolate candy and a subtle vodka feeling in your nose.
    Lavodka takes us out dancing or accompanies a Japanese meal.

  • Le Printemps : Support in bottles Maceration of Sweet Woodruff from the Pyrenees on Grape Marc

    Springtime – le printemps in French – is when nature comes back to life and the air is full scented by an abundance of flowers ; young herbs shine in luminous green.
    When we wanted to create a product to support the continuation of our activity despite the difficult times we’ve been having at the distillery, we wanted to really invent something new to show what we would be capable of if we had even better conditions. So we accepted the challenge to unite a tradition from the north with the best nature offers us on the Mediterranean coast. The combination of Sweet Woodruff and the grape varieties of Grenache, Syrah and Roussane was daring but proved to be a revelation. On long spring hikes at the foot of the Pyrenees we picked the wild Sweet Woodruff. Then we distilled, macerated, energised, diluted and bottled, following the biodynamic moon calendar from the beginning.

    Sweet notes combine honey, nectar and melons and are gently accompanied by green flavours of wild cucumber and Aloe Vera. The gramineous nose is seductive.
    We like to savour Le Printemps as aperitif with green olives, strawberries or red forest berries, or simply on the rocks. We advise you to not blend it with sweetened soft-drinks or citrus fruit, but adding a little sparkling water to it will give it a Spritzer effect. Mixing it with half dry sparkling wine (we prefer Blanquette de Limoux) gives you a perfect drink for aperitif. Contains coumarine. 50cl 40% vol.

  • La Flouvovin Maceration of Buffalo gras on wine spirit

    Traditionally, Buffalo Gras is used to flavour vodka. It’s the herb that gives hay its typical intensive smell. We go out to the mountains to collect it on pastures and fields and macerate it in wine spirit. After some experimenting we have found a balanced herbal flavour and pleasing reed greenish colour.
    Like us, you will adore its subtle taste of fresh hey, gingerbread, marzipan, cinnamon and candied lemon that rests in your mouth for quite a while and goes down well as aperitif with lacto-fermented vegetables like cabbage, green tomato or salt gherkin.
    On the rocks or a salty brined olive it will loose its juvenile edge. Best mixed with cloudy apple juice for a great party drink.
